Due to the digital nature of templates, purchases will not be refunded or exchanged for any reason.
You'll need a free Wix account and the email that connects to that account. It allows us to transfer the website template over to you so you'll have full control and ownership to customise and build your website. Once your website is in your account, you'll be able to add a premium plan and connect your domain.
Once we receive your order we'll transfer over ownership of your website within 24 hours. Remember to add your Wix account email at checkout!
A Wix Studio template is a pre-designed and developed website that can be customised to your business. Wix Studio is a newly released editor by Wix that includes AI responsiveness, smooth user experience, coverage and top security.
No, all of our templates utilise the simple drag-and-drop functionality of Wix, however a basic knowledge of sections and grids will help keep your website clean and responsive. Note that: If you need extensive customisations with custom code, plugins, or other third party code injections, you may be overwhelmed and be better served hiring a our studio to help with your project.
You’re always just an email away from getting the support you need. In most cases, I’ll simply advise, give instructions or send over a loom on how to change/update/add something.
Generally I'd suggest exploring the templates and seeing which one is the closest to your business needs, matches your brand and has the pages/functionality you're looking for! All templates are designed to be customisable - but it doesn't hurt to get as close as possible!
